How Our Service Works
Each time you submit a search request, we contact multiple partners—including airlines, hotels, and travel agencies (collectively referred to as “Our Partners”)—to compile a list of available options. We then present these results for you to browse, filter, and select. When you choose an option, you are redirected to the relevant Partner’s website, where all further transactions and interactions occur. Air Holiday does not facilitate direct bookings or transactions.
We continually update our website and partner listings at our discretion.
Our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use is permitted only through our Affiliate Program.

What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell tickets or bookings. Our platform allows users to search for travel products, but payments are made directly to Our Partners.

- We do not endorse specific Partners. Our platform simply aggregates available travel options from various sources.
Prohibited Activities
- If you are under 13, you may only use the website under parental supervision.
- You may not run automated search queries or engage in activities that could disrupt the website’s performance.
- Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, and content is prohibited, except for journalists and bloggers identifying Air Holiday in published materials.
- You may not misrepresent your relationship with Air Holiday or act on our behalf unless explicitly authorized as an Affiliate Partner.
Handling Complaints
- Intellectual Property Infringement: If you believe we have infringed on your intellectual property, please provide a detailed explanation at support@airholiday.com for review.
- Arbitration: By using our services, you waive your right to file a lawsuit and agree to resolve disputes through arbitration instead of court proceedings.

Since Air Holiday does not charge users directly, we disclaim liability for any damages resulting from the use of our website or interactions with Our Partners, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
